Originally established in 1997 to maintain the service requirements of the growing EFTPOS
industry in Newcastle, as well as a service agent for Epson printers and scanners. Today Advanced Works is considered an
'electronics service superstore', offering professional and friendly IT support for businesses of all sizes.

Authorised Service Agent
Advanced Works is the only authorised Epson
Care Centre in the hunter region. Providing sales, service and repairs on Epson products and
consumables, we also cover all the warranty work for Epson printers, scanners, receipt printers,
projectors as well as the Professional Graphics range of large format printers.
In addition to this we are also an AWA service agent. Covering warranty work for Lexmark, 3M, and more.
We are also the hunter region service agents for several other organisations, including: Logica,
1st Digital, Honeywell,
Keycorp, Medion.
